There are some vile, vile people out there, it seems. Vile little bullies who’ll hound a man out of his job, then, apparently still not satisfied, drive him to his death. Not that they’ll accept any responsibility for having whipped up an online lynch mob. Oh no – it’s all someone else’s fault. But just what motivates these unspeakably vile individuals?

Is ‘AI Slop’ being used an excuse by would be artistic types for their own lack of success due to their own lack of talent? In truth, is ‘AI Slop’ any more pernicious than the ‘Human Slop’ that preceded it and flooded the web with crap? Is anything produced using AI the work of the devil as the hysterical pearl clutchers would have you believe, or is it simply just another legitimate creative tool?

With the passing of alleged ‘MoD UFO Expert’ Nick Pope, Doc Sleaze looks into the truth behind all the claims of an Mod ‘UFO Desk’, drawing on his own inside knowledge to expose the whole scam of the ‘UFO Industry’. True believer or grifter? Was Pope party to real UFO secrets or just another rider on the UFO gravy train, recycling the same old, long debunked, stories?

Is it time to put a price on the heads of the Trump Gang? Should we be sending out ‘Wanted: Dead or Alive’ posters of Trump, Vance, Hegseth and the like to every lawman West of the Pecos, with instructions to ‘Hang’Em High’? Because, if the current US administration chooses to act like a bunch of lawless cowboys shooting up the town, then surely it’s time to call them out into the street and see who is quickest on the draw…

As a New Year dawns, Doc Sleaze looks back at one of the previous year’s least welcome returns, (apart from Donald Trump’s return to the White House, of course) – the return of open racism to Britain’s public discourse. A bitter disappointment for those of us who remembered racism as a relic of the seventies, banished along with kipper ties and flares…

‘Content is King!’ we used to say with regard to internet search  In real life, however, it is context that is king when it comes to information.  Without it, ‘news’ quickly becomes propaganda. Which is why the right is so keen to avoid to properly contextualising any issue, from flags to online abuse – take away the context and you can characterise it all as ‘wokeness-gone-mad’ or unpatriotic leftist repression.

Everybody wants to be somebody on the web nowadays, whether they offer something special or not. Doc Sleaze considers whether this is a microcosm of wider society in the light of our current crop of egotistical, media hungry politicians. From online content creators to would be dictators – wouldn’t we all be happier if we just learned to accept that, in reality, we are nobody at all?

British press left aghast by idea that horrendous crime not committed by a Muslim immigrant, but instead by middle class, white, British ex-serviceman. We ask, is UK’s right-wing press incapable of viewing crime and criminals through anything other than the lens of class and race? Should British crimes be reserved for British criminals only?

Why does the right find it so difficult to grasp the fundamentals of democracy? Why do they find it so difficult to understand that coalition governments that represent the majority of voters are perfectly legitimate, even when they exclude the largest single party? Have we lost sight of the concept of government by consensus of the majority?

Is the US a nation of psychopaths who have chosen to elect a president who aligns with their own disturbed and deranged mind-set? From their celebration of lawlessness in the Old West to their obsession with personal ownership of lethal weapons as a personal right, the average American exhibits many of the key traits of the psychopath…

Are you scared yet? You should be, according to the UK’s media. If you don’t freeze to death in the blizzards they predict, then you’ll be murdered in your beds by immigrants, nuked by Putin or attacked by household appliances powered by Chinese technology! But don’t worry, you can be perfectly safe if only you’d vote Tory….

As press pursue Keir Starmer over attendance at Taylor Swift concert, Salmond’s body being flown back to UK on millionaire’s private jet goes unremarked…

As the right-wing press tries to rewrite current events before our very eyes, in order to evade their own culpability for recent political violence, the Doc ventures into ‘The Editing Suite of History’ to look at how the establishment have rewritten and re-edited history to their advantage…

Ever had one of those week’s when you feel that outside entities are getting way too intrusive with regard to your life? Unsolicited invitations to drug trials, to buy a retirement home and plan your own funeral, along with equally unsolicited banking advice, leave Doc Sleaze wondering if any aspect of our lives is still private and exempt from monetisation…

What would you do if you were invisible? Spy on naked women? Cop a feel? Do trashy exploitation films help put us in touch with our most reprehensible fantasies, such as these? By doing so, do they help us confront our darkest urges and feelings, helping us deal with them harmlessly? Can watching trash save the world?

Is the UK’s population really predominantly made up of foaming at the mouth extreme right-wing bigots, as the media would have us believe? Or is the self-styled ‘silent majority’ really just a ‘very loud minority’ trying to drown out the voices of the decent majority? Should we simply put them all against a wall and shoot them in order to restore sanity?
